The goal of Compassion Collective is to create a shared space for people who seek to foster greater compassion and self-compassion. We hope to promote self-awareness and explore the practice of compassion in its three main flows: compassion toward others, receiving compassion from others, and directing compassion inward toward ourselves. We see this as key to better acknowledging and attending to suffering, an inherent part of our human condition.
